Delivery
We offer a fast and efficient delivery service on all products ordered
from our website.
Delivery of all products which are available from stock, will be completed
as a door-to-door service via our own vans or a third party carrier.
We will contact you to discuss a suitable delivery date.
Setup
service
We have trained technicians who can offer a speedy setup of your purchase.
The cost of the setup will depend on the goods purchased and the connection
to your existing goods. We will call you in the first instance to discuss
the cost options of the setup with suitable installation dates.
Please note that we can only offer the setup service in our local area.
Collect
from store
If you would prefer to collect from one of our stores please simply
order the goods online (this will include the delivery charge) we will
call you to discuss which branch you wish to collect from and the delivery
charge will be removed before we take payment or you may choose to pay
in-store.
Delivery
Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will
be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery prices
quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland(BT), Isle
of Man(IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles(PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY,
PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles(HS, ZE) will
incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.
AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional
charges. These can be obtained upon application.

Recycling
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations came
in force in the UK on the 2 January 2007. Brand owners, importers and
distributors of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) are affected,
attracting an obligation under the UK WEEE regulations.
We are fulfilling those distributor obligations by being a member of
the WEEE Distributor Take Back Scheme (Registration No. 2415) and we
provide customer information through: www.recycle-more.co.uk
in accordance with The Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
