C F Lake Ltd (Lakes) was founded by Ceril Lake in Slough in 1947 selling, renting and repairing radios – wirelesses as they were commonly known – as well as recharging accumulators (large rechargeable batteries). Over 60 years later we have grown to be one of the largest independent audio /visual retailers in the Thames Valley.
We currently have eight showrooms: Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Bracknell, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Marlow, Staines and Windsor with a central Head office / Warehouse in Langley Berkshire together with our on-line website.
The digital revolution has been fast paced over recent years, product that we could only dream of a few years ago have become a reality. We embrace these new technologies, our staff are given a high level of training in product knowledge and customer care to ensure that you will leave our store happy that you have purchased the perfect product to suit your requirements.

We offer free local delivery and for a small charge our installation team will set up your new product with existing goods.
